I don't, but that's not essential. how do you do this? i am a visual learner, so much of my meditation (if that's what this is) involves seeing myself enter the mine shaft, ride the elevator down. At the bottom of the shaft is a labyrinth of hallways and rooms, some decorated in the baroque style of louis Catorze, others are horrific dungeons, some lead to novels i have read, others lead to places i have been ...both physically and emotionally... there are further shafts that go deeper... childhood for instance... in fact, looking at it now, it seems that my mind is just one maze planet throgh which i wander... and even the surface world has been foplded over 'til it's inside out. reality could be one room of the maze, life, death.. rooms of the maze... so just PAY attention to what's around you.
